The Adams family climbed to the top of Mt Diablo which stands 3,898 feet above sea level. Most of the trek was made in their Volkswagen. When I say "most of the trek" I mean 3,890 of the 3,898. The view is spectacular from atop Mt. Diablo. One can see San Francisco, and the Sierra Nevada Mountains.
