Chris came home from Florida very late on Friday night. The kids were so surprised and happy to see him on Saturday morning! It was such a beautiful day that we went hiking. The kids, and I, made it up a very steep hill to enjoy a beautiful view of Simi Valley. We all had fun climbing up the rocks and running around on the trails. After that, we went to the Topanga Mall to do a little shopping and take a ride on the carousel. That evening, my mom watched the kids so Chris and I could see Yann Tiersen at CSULA. He is an amazing musician and we really enjoyed the show! Chris had to go back to Florida. He left Monday morning and will be there for another week. We appreciate the time we get to spend with him and are thankful for all his hard work.
